What are your candles made of?

A soy blend (para-soy) wax, a cotton wick, and 8 oz of fragrance oil per jar — hand-poured in small batches in Toronto.

How long do they burn?

Each candle burns for approximately 50 hours.

How do I take care of my candle?

Trim the wick to about 1/4" before every burn, and burn for no more than 2–4 hours at a time so the wax pools evenly across the top. Keep it away from drafts, and never leave it unattended.

Where do you ship?

Currently, Cinderfolk ships within Canada only. Rates depend on where you're located — see the Shipping page for details.

How long does shipping take?

Every candle is made to order, so please allow 3–5 business days for us to hand-pour, label, and cure your order before it ships.

Do you offer bulk or custom orders?

For weddings, corporate gifting, or a larger bulk order, please reach out and we can discuss!

Do you accept returns or offer refunds?

Because each candle is made to order in small batches, we're not able to accept returns or offer refunds. That said — as a small business, your happiness matters a lot to us. If you're ever unhappy with your purchase, please reach out. We read every message and always welcome the feedback.
